Job summary

FirstHealth of the Carolinas is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat adults with orthopaedic, chronic disease, and neurological conditions. Will develop and implement plans and educate patients and families.

The role includes providing clinical direction to physical therapy assistants and ensuring quality patient outcomes in a central North Carolina health system.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for adults with orthopaedic, chronic disease, and neurological conditions.
• Implement treatment plans and provide patient/family education.
• Provide clinical direction to physical therapy assistants.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for evaluation and development of treatment plans for primarily adult patients with orthopaedic, chronic disease, and neurological conditions as well as injuries.
• Also responsible for the implementation of treatment plans and patient /family education.
• Will be responsible for giving clinical direction to physical therapy assistants.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• NC PT License required. CPR Certification required.
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required.
Valid NC Drivers license with good driving record required.
