Role Description The Physical Therapist role at Cambridge Health Alliance is a full-time, on-site position based in Cambridge, MA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, implementing rehabilitation programs, educating patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other care team members. The role also involves documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and supporting safe transitions of care, including coordination of home care services when appropriate. The Physical Therapist contributes to a patient-centered environment that promotes respect, safety, and positive clinical outcomes.
