Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient | Northern California

Compensation: $120k 1st year guaranteed total compensation, up to $160k+/yr

NorthMed Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy group across Northern California to hire full-time Physical Therapists (PTs). This role offers strong clinical support, and long-term stability within a growing organization that prioritizes quality treatment and clinician well-being.

This outpatient PT position is ideal for clinicians who want consistent schedules, strong support in the clinic, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a collaborative outpatient setting.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
