Responsibilities

• Offering a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus plus relocation assistance for eligible new hires
• Providing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services (75/25 split)
• Delivering quality therapy services, performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and reassessing treatment results
• Participating in an outpatient setting within an interdisciplinary team
• Adhering to professional standards and ethical practices per Texas State Board of Examiners for Physical Therapy

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Texas
• BLS CPR certification (American Heart Association)

• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of clinical processes and patient care
• Critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Pay Range

$36.87 - $53.46 per hour
