Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for orthopedic, pre-operative, and post-operative patients.
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, physician protocols, and patient goals.
  • Provide evidence-based manual therapy interventions including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques.
  • Design and implement progressive therapeutic exercise programs focused on strength, mobility, stability, and functional movement.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, post-surgical precautions, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with referring physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic and payer guidelines.
  • Maintain a high standard of patient care, professionalism, and ethical practice.
