Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team.   • Provide guidance on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining progress outside of therapy sessions.

Progress Monitoring and Documentation:

  • Regularly assess and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and patients, fostering a positive and supportive therapeutic environment.
