Qualifications

• Valid license in the practicing state(s) or eligibility for licensure.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent; or a Bachelor’s degree plus five years of PT experience.
• Ability to drive and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans using techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional training, and electrotherapeutic modalities.
• Educate patients and caregivers to ensure understanding and promote independence.
• Make referrals to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Supervise support personnel and ensure adherence to schedules, documentation, and safety standards.
• Order supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe environment.
• Perform home and community mobility assessments and recommend adaptive devices.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and re-evaluate as needed.
