Job Title: Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical Therapist to work at our largest Outpatient Clinic at 67 South Bedford St in Burlington.

Shift: Clinic is open Mon-Thurs 7am-7:30pm and Friday 7am-5pm. Required to work a minimum of 2 evenings. Often allowed to work either 4-10hr days or 5-8hr days. If 4-10hr days, schedules will be coordinated to determine the day off, usually Tues or Thurs. Free onsite parking.

Requirements:

• MA PT license and BLS required.
• Experience/Qualifications: 3+ yrs in an Outpatient PT setting. EPIC experience helpful.
• Caseload consists of mostly adult population with Ortho, Neuro and Vestibular dx.
• Expected to see 11-12 patients in an 8hr shift.
• Graduate from certified PT program.
• Facility is not accepting local candidates.
• BILH Coversheet required.
• Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
• COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission.
• 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, an attestation will be accepted stating they will receive it prior to start.
