Real Performance Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has long provided premier outpatient orthopedic care in the Cleburne and Burleson area. We seek a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to design tailored treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and guide patients to their rehabilitation goals in our outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, licensure, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, modalities, and education.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, sessions, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices.

Real Performance Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving Cleburne, Burleson and surrounding communities for over 20 years.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation:Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning:Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions:Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
• Patient Education:Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Progress Monitoring:Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
