Job summary

Real Performance Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks an outpatient physical therapist to join a dedicated team serving Cleburne and surrounding communities. You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and implement evidence-based therapies in an outpatient setting.

Qualified candidates hold a DPT, current Texas licensure or eligibility, and preferably outpatient experience. A strong team focus and commitment to patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Document patient progress using clinic systems (Raintree) in compliance with regulations.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices.
