Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy in the United States is hiring in-home physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes. You’ll set your own availability, get matched to nearby patients within a 30-minute drive, and complete documentation quickly via the Luna app.

Per‑visit pay and flexible scheduling help you tailor your caseload. Active PT license, liability insurance, CPR/BLS, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing in the relevant state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Home-health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes.
• Set your own availability and be matched to nearby patients.
• Document care using the Luna app in 3–5 minutes.
• Treat one patient per visit without overlapping appointments.

• Provide one‑on‑one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30‑minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3‑5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start‑of‑Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
