Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking physical therapists to deliver one-on-one outpatient care in patients’ homes. You set your own availability, and Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive—12 minutes on average.

Earn per visit with potential to increase visits, plus Luna Safety Shield and Luna Exercises for integrated care. Work location is on the road with flexible scheduling and direct deposit payments.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
