Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home outpatient care across the Lunaverse. You will set your own schedule, treat patients in their homes, and document quickly via the Luna app to ensure efficient care delivery.

We offer flexible scheduling, per-visit pay with earnings growth, and a safety-focused platform to support PTs delivering high-quality home-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation and liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes per full plan of care.

• Document in 3–5 minutes using the Luna app (no OASIS/Start-of-Care).

What You’ll Do

• Provide one‑on‑one outpatient PT in patients’ homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30‑minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3‑5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start‑of‑Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
