Angels Care Home Health seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) in Oklahoma to assess and treat patients, plan and execute PT programs based on referrals, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore or maintain patient well-being.

The role requires an active PT license, at least two years of PT experience, CPR and Hepatitis profiles, and knowledge of durable medical equipment. Full-time position with benefits, PTO, and advancement opportunities.

About the Position:
