Job summary

The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a talented Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team in Boca Raton, FL. The PT will assess referred patients, deliver individualized treatment, and ensure proper documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and contributing to a high-quality geriatric rehabilitation program at 7300 Del Prado Circle South, Boca Raton, FL 33433.

Qualifications

• FL licensure required.
• Degree in PT from an accredited PT Program.
• Knowledge of PT evaluation and treatment techniques.
• Understand the principles of physical modalities in PT.
• Knowledge of prosthetic devices, ambulatory aids, assistive and resistive devices.
• Ability to write objective documentation that is outcome oriented, detailing patient needs, potential to benefit from treatment and progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation, adult neurological, cardiac or general rehabilitation preferred.

Job Overview
