Job summary

The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehab team and deliver patient-centered care with a five-star experience.

You will assess referred patients, develop and implement PT plans, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, document accurately, and ensure compliance with regulations. Florida licensure is required; experience in geriatric rehab is preferred.

Qualifications

• FL licensure is required.
• Degree in PT from an accredited PT Program.
• Knowledge of PT evaluation and treatment techniques.
• Understand the principles of physical modalities in PT.
• Knowledge of use of prosthetic devices, ambulatory aids, assistive and resistive devices.
• Ability to write specific objective documentation that is outcome orientated, detailing patient needs, potential to benefit from treatment and progress.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation, adult neurological, cardiac or general rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities
