What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide true one-on-one physical therapy and therapeutic interventions

- Shoulder and spine conditions

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Educate patients on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians and team members

What We're Looking For
- Current Washington Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- High-level new graduates may be considered
- Strong orthopedic clinical knowledge and skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to continued learning and professional development
- EMR experience preferred
- Visa sponsorship/transfer is not available
Schedule & Patient Care Model
- Monday-Friday; no regular weekend requirements
- 9:00 AM-6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch, or
- 9:30 AM-6:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch
- 45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions
- Typically 10 patients per 8-hour day
- Schedule flexibility is available upon request, provided it does not significantly disrupt established patient schedules
- Greater flexibility is available once a PT builds a consistent patient schedule
- Weekend work is generally limited to occasional continuing education

Interview Process
- Initial Zoom interview
- In-person visit to observe the practice and meet/chat with the team for approximately 1.5-2 hours
- If there is a mutual fit, an offer will be extended
