• Organize, manage, and evaluate all physical therapy activities in the DOC clinic, assuring high quality and cost-effective rehabilitation outcomes for our guests.
• Accountable for caseload management, program development, and marketing to assure continued growth of physical therapy services.
• Provide data-based feedback with the team on a daily basis and maintain the physical therapy dashboard with metrics for leadership review.
• Contribute to planning and decision-making for therapy services by providing input on financial services and policies.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and PHI security at all times.
• Collaborate to build a high-functioning team with conscious communication and accountability.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

At Direct Orthopedic Care, our Physical Therapists evaluate and treat guests with a variety of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Physical Therapists have caseload independence to manage as they see appropriate, and get to truly collaborate with referring providers within the same clinic. Lead Outcomes

• With the DOC team I ensure all guests receive high quality orthopedic care and guest services.

• I work with my DOC team to assure DOC policies, procedures, and systems are excellent, guest-focused, and profitable.
• I implement business plans and strategic change initiatives that improve practice performance and exceed benchmark standards.

Core Responsibilities
