Job Title: Full-Time Physical Therapist (Vestibular, EDS/HSD, Cervicogenic Headaches, TMJ/TMD)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) with specialized skills in vestibular rehabilitation, cervicogenic headaches, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ/TMD) dysfunction to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and a passion for providing patient-centered, evidence-based care, although new

grads will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will evaluate and treat patients with a range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions, focusing on those with dizziness, hypermobility disorders, jaw pain, and headache disorders. You will collaborate with referring physicians, dentists, and other healthcare providers to create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients experiencing vestibular dysfunction, EDH/POTS/HSD, cervicogenic headaches, and TMJ/TMD-related pain.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) for conditions such as BPPV, vestibular neuritis, post-concussion syndrome, and central vestibular disorders.
• Manage and treat cervicogenic headaches, EDH/POTS/HSD using manual therapy, postural training, and corrective exercises.
• Treat TMJ/TMD dysfunction, including jaw mobility restrictions, muscle imbalances, and associated cervical spine dysfunctions.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies, including posture correction, sleep hygiene, breathing strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Communicate and coordinate care with physicians, neurologists, dentists, optometrists, and other medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes..
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and billing in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.

Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Experience: 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably with a focus on vestibular rehabilitation, EDS/HSD, headache management, or TMJ/TMD treatment. New grads are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas.

• Strong manual therapy skills, including joint mobilization and myofascial release.
• Proficiency in vestibular rehabilitation techniques such as canalith repositioning maneuvers and

• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
