• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments as per policy and care plans
• Accurate and timely documentation
• Follow policies and scope of practice
• Prioritize patient care with initiative and sound judgment
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings timely
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

Licensure and Education Requirements

• Valid professional license in the state of practice
• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited school; foreign-trained must have program deemed equivalent by approved credential organization
