Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Arvada, CO!

*Sign On Bonus, up to $15k in Student Loan Reimbursement, & Relocation Assistance available

*Average case load 10-12 patients per day, with the opportunity to earn a productivity bonus

*Closed on evenings & weekends, offering flexible schedules to support work-life balance

This annual salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 USD, depending on experience, credentials, and qualifications. Full-time roles may include bonus or incentive programs.
