Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Active Maryland license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Jurisprudence compliance.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• PT Compact License (optional).

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation with patient and evidence-based goals to determine medical necessity.
• Develop and implement physical therapy programs focusing on rehabilitation and education.
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
• Supervisory oversight of clinical staff members.
• Manage caseload with effective time management meeting productivity expectations.
• Participate in clinical workshops to develop departmental goals.
• Comply with governmental and accreditation regulations and pursue continuing education.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure well-rounded care and referrals.
• Refer patients to other services and solicit referrals from family and friends.
• Build rapport with internal stakeholders to support the team.
