Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Outpatient in Arlington, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time outpatient rehabilitation. The role requires solid manual therapy skills with orthopedics, vestibular, and worker’s compensation experience. Coverage may be needed at nearby clinics; hours are variable Monday–Friday with some early/late shifts.

The position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a competitive salary range, with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification required or completed within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day.
• Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed.

BSW Arlington Parks is currently seeking a flexible, motivated, and hard-working Physical Therapist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have solid manual therapy skills and experience with general orthopedics, vestibular, and worker’s compensation clients. Flexibility will be required as coverage may be required at a nearby clinic. Hours are variable Monday-Friday, with early and late shifts required.

Responsibilities

As a Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
