TEEMA Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation department. Responsibilities include post-surgical rehab, education on home exercise programs, and accurate EMR documentation.
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care within a hospital-based outpatient setting, supporting patients across the continuum of care. This role focuses primarily on outpatient rehabilitation while also assisting patients recovering from surgical procedures.
