Welltech Partners in the Phoenix metro area is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedic care. The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN options and a manageable caseload of 8–12 patients per day.

New grads and returning clinicians are welcome; a structured ramp-up through the mentorship program helps you ease into practice while supportive aides and techs handle routine tasks. EMR tools streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Orthopedic PT with OCS certification.

Responsibilities

• See 8–12 patients per day with support from aides and techs.

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic | Phoenix Metro & Yuma, AZ

About the Role

Join a well-established, 9-location private practice outpatient PT group (7 Phoenix Metro, 2 Yuma) with a team of 30+ therapists. This is a permanent or temp-to-hire opportunity for clinicians at any experience level — new grads and returning clinicians are welcome.

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic / Private Practice.

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000/year (based on experience, credentials & leadership)

Start Date: ASAP.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN/per diem availability.

Manageable Caseload

Average 8–12 patients/day, supported by a dedicated team of aides and techs (BA-level) who handle therapeutic exercises — so you stay focused on skilled care. New grads and returning clinicians start at 8 patients/day, with a structured 3–5 month ramp-up through our "Ease Into Practice" mentorship program.

Documentation is streamlined with Clinicient/InsightGo EMR + Comprehend PT AI Scribe.
