Job summary

R|O|C Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinics serving the Greater Phoenix area. This role offers a manageable patient load, strong team support, and clear opportunities for career growth within a PT-owned practice.

As a clinician you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide high‑quality outpatient orthopedic care, monitor progress, supervise PTAs and staff, maintain documentation, and educate patients on recovery

Qualifications

• DPT and AZ license or eligibility.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedic PT.
• Ability to manage about 12 patients daily.
