BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for in-home care in Massachusetts. This part-time/per diem role focuses on restoring strength, balance, and independence in clients in their own homes, with mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling.

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
