Job summary

Spine Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This part-time position offers the opportunity to transition to full-time upon credentialing.

You will provide tailored medical and orthopedic massage to help patients recover and improve their quality of life. If you take pride in your ability to help others and enjoy working with a supportive clinical team, you will thrive at Spine Solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical or orthopedic setting.
• Current New Mexico Massage Therapy License.
• Training in Medical and/or Orthopedic Massage.
• Comfort working with EMR systems.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute medical/orthopedic massage sessions tailored to each patient.
• Follow and support individualized treatment plans focused on recovery.
• Document sessions using clear, concise SOAP notes.
• Review patient histories and adjust treatments with care and precision.
• Collaborate closely with physical therapists and clinical staff.
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient.

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to do meaningful, clinical work - not just relaxation massage, but hands-on care that truly impacts recovery and quality of life.

This position will begin as part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time once credentialing is complete.
