Job summary

You will organize PT treatment programs based on referrals and evaluations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
