Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer/Physical Security on a hybrid, long-term contract in Charlotte, NC and Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on integrating video surveillance and IP-based network solutions within a large financial services environment.

You will work on field installations, system integrations, and pilot testing of security technologies across a distributed enterprise, contributing to infrastructure projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with video surveillance and security alarm systems.
• 3+ years of experience with IP based network implementations including VLANs, VLAN routing, ACLs.
• 1+ years of field installation of IP Camera, NVR and Alarm Panel hardware.
• 1+ years of evaluation and pilot testing of physical security surveillance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Infrastructure Engineering.
• Oversee video surveillance and security alarm systems.
• Implement IP based network solutions including VLANs, VLAN routing, ACLs.
• Conduct field installation of IP cameras, NVRs, and alarm panels.
• Pilot test physical security technologies in a large, distributed enterprise.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with video surveillance and security alarm systems
• 3+ years of experience with of IP based network implementations including VLANs, VLAN routing, Access Control Lists
• 1+ years of experience with field installation of IP Camera, Network Video Recorder and Alarm Panel hardware
• 1+ years of experience with evaluation and pilot testing of physical security surveillance and monitoring system technologies within a large, distributed enterprise setting

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide information to client personnel in Infrastructure Engineering.
