Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years of experience in physical security.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and promoting positive security interactions and customer service to employees, vendors, contractors and the public at Idaho Power facilities.
• Monitoring the duties of contracted guard service personnel.
• Scheduling and conducting training programs to facilitate functional understanding of Physical Security’s operations and processes.
• Contributing and updating Physical Security guard operations best practices.
• Executing and overseeing the visitor management program.
• Responding to intrusion detection incidents.
• Participating in reviews and updates of Physical Security standards and programs.
• Assisting with security incident response and reporting.
