Job summary

Idaho Power in Boise, Idaho, is hiring three Entry Physical Security Analysts to join our 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC). You will support the design, implementation, and execution of the company-wide physical security program and help optimize SOC operations, including access provisioning and incident management.

The role requires handling intrusion events, training operators, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field or equivalent combo of education/experience.
• 1 year of demonstrated corporate security operations and/or technology experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years of corporate security operations experience, security/EM center ops; experience with physical security tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, consult, implement, and execute Idaho Power's physical security operations program.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOC best practices.
• Respond to intrusion detection events and manage incidents from detection through resolution.
