Job summary

Gold Adam, Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of security assessments and system rollouts across our Dallas fleet and properties.

You will drive projects from concept through implementation, delivering on time, on budget, and in compliance with our security standards. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, deep knowledge of physical security systems, risk assessments, and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within physical security or corporate security.
• Experience conducting security assessments and managing security technology deployments.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and other physical security systems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute security assessment projects for fleet assets and physical facilities.
• Coordinate security system rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements across multiple locations.
• Conduct site security assessments and identify vulnerabilities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company security standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance physical security operations.
