Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4 years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military.
• 2 years managing contract guard services and third-party vendors.
• Experience leading security-related projects (e.g., access control, CCTV, perimeter security, system upgrades, or construction support).
• Experience conducting investigations and managing incident response.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs, post orders, and escalation protocols.
• Willing and able to be responsive during nights, weekends, and holidays as incidents and operations dictate.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations including access control, CCTV, and perimeter security.
• Manage contract guard force performance, staffing levels, training standards, post orders, and daily supervision.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and support crisis management.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on security risks and program performance.
• Lead security infrastructure and technology projects from concept through commissioning.
