*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID ( 3d office / 2d home ) work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA

Physical Security IT Technology Engineer :

- Support PNC's access control systems, video cameras, alarm points and panels
- Monitor and maintain operational health of the physical security environment
- Utilize physical security applications to check health status of security systems
- Ensure functionality of all physical security components and subsystems
- Open tickets and coordinate with vendors to address technical issues
- Follow up on existing tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Assist with deploying new security services and technologies
- Support cloud applications for international traveler protection and risk assessments
- Interface with Life Safety systems and teams

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Prior experience with physical security technology systems and infrastructure
- Experience managing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) security applications
- Experience with physical security platforms such as AMAG Symmetry, AMAG Connect, Idemia MorphoWave and MorphoManager, Verint VidCenter and/or Video Inspector preferred
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
