Job summary

Revel IT is seeking an entry-level Physical Security Coordinator to support physical security technology, governance, reporting, and administrative functions. This role offers exposure to corporate security, compliance, data management, and security technology for a recent graduate or early-career professional.

You will maintain records, prepare reports and dashboards in Excel, assist with SharePoint administration, and help ensure data accuracy and audit readiness across security programs.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent data entry and data management skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update physical security records, databases, inventories, and tracking systems.
• Perform data entry, validation, and quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy.
• Support badge access reviews, compliance audits, and governance activities.
• Generate reports, metrics, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Assist with SharePoint site administration and document management.
• Maintain security-related records, procedures, and documentation.
• Support project tracking, status reporting, and action item management.
• Assist with inventory management and asset tracking for physical security technologies.
• Identify data discrepancies and support corrective action efforts.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and data quality.
