Physical Security Contract Manager - Seattle, WA

Position Overview

In addition to providing contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, the Physical Security Contract Manager oversees and manages all security and command center operations.

Compensation

Salary: $150,000

Responsibilities
  • Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract, ensuring quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all government reporting requirements, quality control, and management of key personnel.
  • Make decisions on behalf of the company, particularly on personnel-related issues.
  • Supervise all individuals working under this contract.
  • Be available on a 24-hour basis to ensure prompt response in emergencies or exigent circumstances.
  • Conduct prompt and thorough internal investigations of reported allegations.
  • Ensure all equipment and property is tracked, accounted for, and safeguarded.
  • Implement, monitor, and upgrade the program quality control plan, ensuring workforce compliance.
  • Serve as the client’s focal point for all program activities, ensuring overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the SOW.
  • Plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in security project development, management, and deployment.
  • Experience in security management, resource control, and complex reporting mechanisms.
  • Proven ability in managing multi-task contracts or subcontracts.
  • Verifiable experience in security awareness, conflict resolution, disaster/emergency management, and personnel management at various facilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or substantial verifiable law enforcement, military, or business management experience.
  • US Citizen with social security card and valid driver’s license.
  • Must meet all medical and physical standards outlined in the contract.
  • Meet background screening and suitability requirements.
  • Fluent in reading and writing English.
