Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in physical security or related field.
• Working knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, incident reporting, and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Create blueprints for security installations.
• Manage all security-related issues for company facilities and grounds.
• Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to contract services and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance plan for physical security systems, including CCTV cameras, gates, biometric readers/scanners, and audits.
• Oversee the facility's security systems and delegate tasks to appropriate team members.
• Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program to mitigate physical security risks.
• Manage security services and monitor contracts to ensure timely plant updates and year-round maintenance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and report findings to management.
• Prepare reports, analyses, resolutions, and cost projections for departmental activities.
• Review invoices for accuracy and processing.
• Travel as needed to visit other sites.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
