Hope College in Michigan seeks a skilled plumbing technician to maintain campus building systems. You will evaluate design documents, supervise technicians and contractors, and perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
The role requires a Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber license, backflow certification (or willingness to obtain), and strong computer and communication skills for work orders and coordination. Emergency after-hours availability and adherence to safety codes are essential.

This position requires remaining in a sitting or position for frequent periods of time; sometimes includes crouching, bending, and having to work in confined spaces or on ladders. This position often works in non-climate controlled spaces. Occasionally involves moving and lifting items over 25 pounds; frequently will move between different offices/workspaces/buildings; and requires effective communication abilities.
