Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement patient care in outpatient settings with a focus on general therapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions while coordinating discharge planning and collaborating with the care team. Full-time daytime hours with strong growth and education support are provided.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in the state of practice with a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Strong clinical skills in outpatient and pelvic floor therapy, with professionalism and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job description

Position

Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing patient care in outpatient settings, with a focus on general therapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and coordinate discharge planning. Treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction using specialized techniques such as muscle training and manual therapy. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and optimal outcomes. Manage administrative duties including documentation, billing, and scheduling. Maintain professional communication and supervise support staff. Work with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with leadership and referring physicians. Comply with organizational policies and ethical standards. Flexibility to support other departments based on patient needs. May serve as a clinical instructor and participate in departmental committees.

Qualifications & Skills

Licensed in the state of practice, with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Strong clinical skills in outpatient and pelvic floor therapy, along with professionalism, communication, and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Details

Full-time role with daytime hours, no weekends or holidays, and no call requirement. Opportunities for professional growth, leadership, and continuing education are available. Compensation ranges from $72,716.80 to $109,075.20, with comprehensive benefits supporting work-life balance and development.
