License in Ohio is required, with 0 years minimum experience and 0-2 years preferred; 1-2 years medical setting experience is preferred. The role is located at University Hospitals and offers regular day shifts.
This is for a pelvic floor clinic. The physical therapist will be treating only pelvic floor diagnoses/pelvic health PT.
Provides physical therapy treatment to a diverse group of diagnoses including spinal cord injury, head injury, stroke, & orthopedic patients. Responsible for the evaluation & development of a comprehensive care plan for all patients. Functions within a team concept of rehab professionals. This position could be assigned to other physical therapy departments with in OSU.
Documents patients abilities, progress & outcomes. Provides quality physical therapy services to an assigned group of patients and performs duties associated with patient care and participation in interdisciplinary teams. Position located at University Hospitals.
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education or experience. Currently licensed in the state of Ohio as a Physical Therapist. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Licensed or certified with the respective profession and meet the educational and/or certification requirements established by their professions. 1-2 years experience working in a medical setting is preferred for all professionals hired. Maintains professional licensure.
