Job summary

Tooele County School District is looking for a Physical Education Title 1 Aide to provide structured recess activities for K-6 students and assist teachers in the classroom. The position requires physical activity and excellent communication skills.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma and at least 18 years of age. Working hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 24 hours a week. Benefits are not provided for this position.

Physical Education Title 1 Aide

Position Purpose

Under the direct supervision of the building principal, to providedaily opportunities and lessons for structured recess activities for grades K-6.Will also cover lunch durty for grades K-6. This position will require assisitng teachers in the classroom.

Essential Job Functions

• Establishing and reinforcing cooperation and teamwork
• Overseeing safe usage of all equipment

Additional Duties

• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Profile

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
