• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate has experience in physical fitness, child development, and teamwork, along with a commitment to fostering a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where students can grow in confidence and healthy habits.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach developmentally appropriate PE classes for students in grades K–8
• Design and implement lessons that promote physical fitness, motor skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Model good habits such as respect, perseverance, and fair play
• Ensure a safe environment by teaching proper use of equipment and reinforcing safety expectations
• Support school-wide wellness initiatives and community events
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
• Maintain equipment, gym spaces, and accurate grades and attendance/participation records
• Uphold school policies, professional standards, and the Catholic mission of the school

Qualifications
