Job summary

StudentNest Group is hiring tutors for after‑school programs in San Bernardino County, including Victorville, Redlands, San Bernardino, and Rancho Cucamonga. In this on-site role, you will support high school students with Physical Education, Math, and ELA while fostering a positive learning environment.

Schedule starts October 2026; in-person hours range from 10 to 22.5 per week across campuses. Candidates should have 60 college credits, one year of student experience, and be ready to obtain

Location:

• San Bernardino County
  • Victorville, Redlands, San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga
  • Academic Support for High School students in the following areas:
    • Physical Education
    • Math (Algebra, Geometry & Advanced Algebra)
    • ELA

Schedule:

• Starts October 2026
• In-person: Mon-Fri, 2-4.5 hours per day during the school day (dependent on location).

Hours:

• 10-22.50 hours per week dependent on location.

Pay:

• $23-25 per hour based on experience.

In this role, you will:

• Provide physical education instructional support for high school students (dependent on assigned location)
• Provide Math academic support (Algebra, Geometry & Advanced Algebra) to high school students
• Provide ELA academic support to high school students
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the after school program is well supported

Requirements:

• Spanish speaking is preferred
• Can complete the fingerprinting process within 48 hours of an offer
• In this role you will need to be able to meet DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance requirements for this position
• You have a minimum of 60 units of college credits
• You have at least one year of student-related experience
• You are detail-oriented and highly dependable
• You are an effective communicator
• You have reliable transportation
• You can provide a negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of being hired
