Physical AI Engineering & Strategy, Senior Consultant

You will work directly with clients and cross-disciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions, many of which are pioneering efforts. Your Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with clients to deliver robotics and digital twin solutions, leveraging the latest technologies. Your team will design and build scalable systems that integrate and analyze data from various sources. You will provide technical leadership, perform development tasks, and ensure the robustness of physical AI solutions to meet client needs.

You will join a dynamic team of scientists and engineers passionate about tackling challenging computational problems. Creativity, efficiency, and collaboration are core to our approach, with many team members holding advanced degrees or equivalent industry experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-6 years of experience in Robotics, Digital Twin, and Computer Vision/Deep Learning/Reinforcement Learning.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java; experience with robotics frameworks like ROS and simulation environments.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining robotics systems and digital twin models.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse or similar simulation tools.
• Knowledge of robotic systems, sensors, control algorithms, and modeling.
• Familiarity with machine learning, data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy), and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong mathematical skills and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in relevant fields and research experience in robotics or digital twin technologies.
• Experience with computer vision, control systems, path planning, and HIL testing.
• Knowledge of MBSE methodologies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Interest in Agentic AI and Generative AI.
