Physical AI Engineering & Strategy, Senior Consultant

The opportunity

Our Artificial Intelligence and Data team helps apply cutting edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You will work alongside clients and diverse EY teams to develop innovative solutions for challenging problems, some of which are unprecedented. Your Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with clients to deliver advanced robotics and digital twin solutions, leveraging the latest technologies. Your teams will design and build scalable systems that unify, enrich, and derive insights from various data sources within a broad technology landscape. You will guide clients through the complexities of modern robotics, digital twin applications, and software engineering. You'll provide technical leadership and perform development tasks to ensure robust engineering and maintenance of physical AI solutions that meet ongoing business needs.

You will join a dynamic team of scientists and engineers passionate about tackling complex computational problems. Creativity, efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement are core to our approach. Many team members hold advanced degrees or equivalent industry experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of experience in Robotics, Digital Twin, and related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java; experience with robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS) and simulation environments.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining robotics systems and digital twin models.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse or similar simulation tools.
• Understanding of robotic systems, sensors, control algorithms, and hardware components.
• Knowledge of machine learning, data analysis tools, and ML libraries.
• Experience with DevOps tools, Agile, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong mathematical skills and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees or research experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with computer vision, control systems, HIL testing, MBSE, and industry standards.
• Interest in Agentic AI and Generative AI.
