Physical AI Engineering & Strategy, Senior Consultant

You will work directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions, many of which are unprecedented. This role involves continuous learning, research, and development, enabling you to build versatile knowledge applicable across various projects. You should be passionate about staying ahead of technological trends and influencing new ways of working to deliver relevant, innovative solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to deliver robotics and digital twin solutions, utilizing the latest technologies.
• Design and develop scalable systems that integrate and analyze data from various sources.
• Guide clients through the complexities of robotics, digital twins, and software engineering.
• Provide technical leadership and perform development tasks to ensure robust engineering and maintenance of physical AI solutions aligned with business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience in Robotics, Digital Twin, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java; experience with robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS) and simulation environments.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining robotics and digital twin models.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse or similar environments.
• Understanding of robotic systems, sensors, control algorithms, and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy) and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong mathematical skills (calculus, linear algebra, statistics).
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees or research experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with computer vision, control systems, path planning, and HIL testing.
• Knowledge of MBSE methodologies and industry standards for robotics and AI.
• Interest in Agentic AI/Generative AI.
