Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting or systems integration.
• Practical experience in robotics integration, digital twins, simulation, AI deployment or related domains.
• Ability to manage a project workstream with plan, team, quality, risk, dependencies and stakeholder outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery workstreams across digital twins and simulation, robotics AI and training, and related Physical AI domains.
• Own workplans, milestones, staffing, budget, quality, dependencies, risks and client communications.
• Translate operational problems into requirements, use cases, target outcomes and delivery increments.
• Contribute to solution design, estimates, staff models, roadmaps, proposals and statements of work.
• Coordinate engineers, architects, SMEs, data/AI, cloud/edge teams, OT specialists and partners.
• Provide design and delivery governance across architecture decisions, interfaces, testing, safety and production readiness.
• Guide teams through simulation, integration, hardware-in-the-loop, user acceptance and site acceptance activities.
• Lead client workshops, playback sessions, steering updates and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Manage engagement financials, including estimates, budget, forecast, staffing, scope changes and delivery margin.
• Manage changes in scope and priorities while protecting client outcomes and team sustainability.
• Identify follow-on opportunities grounded in demonstrated value and client needs.
