Job Opportunity: Physician - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Job Responsibilities:

• Approve pre-screens and admit up to 22 patients during their inpatient stay.
• Conduct three face-to-face visits per patient weekly in accordance with CMS guidelines.
• Sign individual plans of care (IOPOC) and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with hospitalists who will manage all on-call responsibilities.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient records and documentation.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient setting.

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or eligibility required.
• Experience in rehabilitation medicine preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted medical license preferred (temporary privileges available).
• Board Certification is required (or eligibility).
