Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience.
• Medical Technician Registration or MA Certification.
• BCLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties: pre-visit prep, vital signs, medication reconciliation.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Prepare, clean, and stock instruments; ensure exam rooms are ready for patient care.
• Respond to patient calls and portal messages per workflows.
• Schedule diagnostic testing and follow-up communications with patients.
• Support front-office tasks: check-in/check-out, scheduling, records, copays.

Education
